Features
The Vinigalpão is a double-pitched canvas warehouse with a hot-dip galvanized, trussed carbon steel metallic structure, featuring cover and side enclosures made of vinyl canvas. The resistance modulus of the metallic profiles allows the structure to withstand wind loads according to ABNT NBR 6123 standard. The PVC canvas is reinforced with high-tenacity polyester fabric, composed of multi-layers of PVC, making it completely waterproof. The canvas is formulated for resistance to UV rays, is antioxidant, anti-mold, and self-extinguishing (does not propagate flame) in accordance with ABNT NBR 9442/1986, NFPA 701, and CFM-1237 standards. It can have "blackout" or "translucent" characteristics, depending on the usage or application needs. The canvas receives a lacquer layer formulated for UV resistance, designed to minimize dirt impregnation and facilitate cleaning. The canvas seams are factory-executed using high-frequency electronic welding, ensuring seams with quality, resistance, durability, and total waterproofing of the covered area.
